Self-Collection Deadline: 15 April 2026
All rewards must be collected by 15 April 2026.
Any rewards not collected by this date will be forfeited.
Huatever Challenge 1:
- Task 1: Complete 2 orders on GrabFood (min. $28 each)
- Task 2: Complete 1 order on GrabMart (min. $60 each)
- Task 3: Complete 3 Premium or 6-seater rides
Terms and Conditions
- Promotion period is from 30 Jan to 15 Feb 2026.
- Limited to 1 reward redemption per customer.
- Available in Singapore only, valid upon completion of the Huatever Challenge 1.
- To qualify for Grab x Twinkle Twinkle gifts, participants must complete all 3 tasks on the Grab app.
- Exclusive Grab x Twinkle Twinkle gifts consist of (Appendix A):
- 1 x Twinkle Twinkle Wall Décor
- 1 x Twinkle Twinkle Red Packets (10pcs Pack)
- 1 x Twinkle Twinkle Orange Bag.
- Upon completion of the Huatever Challenge 1, winners will receive the reward notification with a unique 10-character alphanumeric code pushed to their Grab account.
- Each valid code entitles the participant to one (1) set of Grab x Twinkle Twinkle gifts (the ‘Prize’), While stocks last and subject to availability.
- Recipient of a valid code are required to register their redemption request via the online portal at https://grab.rewardshub.sg/huatever-challenge-1 and indicate their preferred fulfilment method (self-collection or home delivery).
- Participants must register their redemption request within fourteen (14) days of receiving the reward notification.
- Participant selected self-collection will receive official letter via email on their prize redemption and collection period.
- Participants who select doorstep delivery will receive their prize at the provided address within five (5) business days from the date payment is received.
- The delivery cost of SGD $5.00 will be borne by the recipient, payable directly to Letrain Events And Marketing Pte Ltd, via PAYNOW to UEN 201106145E.
- Grab and Letrain Redemption Centre will not be responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect or invalid delivery addresses.
- All valid codes must be submitted to the online portal before the closing date Tuesday 31 March 2026 2359hrs. All entries regardless of date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.
- Participants are deemed to have confirmed prize collection only upon entering their unique code (as issued via the reward notification in their Grab account) into the online portal and receiving a confirmation email.
- Redemption of the Grab x Twinkle Twinkle gifts will take place at the following collection venue during its operating hours:

- The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts all conditions of use of the prize.
- The original email confirmation must be presented upon reservation for verification; the Organiser and its vendors are not obliged to replace this prize letter if it has been lost, stolen, or whatever reason.
- The prize(s) must be taken as stated in its current condition at time of issuance / collection / delivery, and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
- Prizes are not returnable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
- If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Organiser, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
- The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of qualified entries. Failure or delay by the Organiser to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
- Any fraudulent activity detected may result in a clawback of prizes.
- The Organisers may request for identification documents or further information to verify and check the identity of the winner, to prevent gaming and fraud.
- Failure to fulfil, and/or breach of all/part of the above terms and conditions may result in a forfeiture or clawback of prizes.
- Prize may not be redeemed by any person other than recipient indicated on the redemption letter unless with prior arrangement with the organiser.
- All prizes must be claimed/redeemed by 15 April 2026. Any prizes not claimed by 15 April 2026 may be forfeited (or disposed of, or donated, all at the Organisers’ discretion), and no claims whatsoever for payment or compensation shall be entertained.
- Neither the organiser nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of the customer’s acceptance or use of prize(s).
- GrabCar Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to replace the terms and conditions of this program at its discretion and without any prior notice. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
