Process Flow for General Redemption
Welcome
Step 1
Proceed to TICKETING counter. Registration and document checks will be done. You will get a queue ticket.
Step 2
Proceed to the waiting area for queue number to be called. Go to the respective counter shown on the screen for your redemption to be processed by our customer service officer.
Step 3
Collect your redemption gift(s) at the Collection counter.

We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

In general, redemption often comes with a redemption form/slip with a section indicating the documents required.

Generally, you may need the following:

  1. Redemption Form.
  2. Proof of Purchase or Invoice/Receipt.
  3. Cut-out of serial number barcode.
  4. Authorization letter duly signed by purchaser (if redemption claimant is different from purchaser indicated in the invoice.

Yes, you can. Please present:

  1. Original filled and signed authorization letter from claimant.
  2. Proof of Purchase or Invoice/Receipt.
  3. Cut-out of serial number barcode.

Yes. However, you will need to process your redemption at our Redemption Centre.
Delivery option can be arranged with our customer service officer.
