Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion period is from 18 June to 9 July 2025.
2. Promotion is valid upon completion of the Sanrio characters ♡ Grab Signatures Challenge milestone.
3. The Grab account user need to complete 2 x GrabFood order with minimum spend of $30 and / or GrabMart orders with minimum spend of $65 at eligible Grab Signatures stores on Grab) on the Grab app.
4. Upon completion of the Challenge milestone, winners will receive the reward notification with a unique 10 alphanumeric code pushed to their Grab account.
5. Each valid code entitles the participant to 1 x Sanrio characters duffel bag of their choice (Hello Kitty, Cinnamon Roll or Kuromi design) also known as the “prize”. While stock last and designs are subjected to availability.
6. Recepient of the valid code to register their redemption request via the online portal at https://www.grabsignatures.sg to indicate the method of fulfilment and the design of their choice.
7. Recepient to register their redemption request within 14 days of their rewards notification.
8. Recepient that opt for self-collection will receive official letter via email on their prize redemption and collection period.
9. Recepient that opt for doorstep delivery will receive their prize item to the given address within 7 days of payment received.
10.The delivery cost of SGD $10.00 will be borne by the recipient, payable directly to Letrain Events And Marketing Pte Ltd, via PAYNOW to UEN 201106145E.
11.All valid codes must be submitted to the online portal before the closing date Thursday 31 July 2025 2359hrs. All entries regardless of date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.
12.Recepient are deemed to only confirm the collection of the prize, upon keying in their unique code from their reward pushed to their Grab account, onto the online portal and receiving a confirmation email.
13.Redemption of Sanrio characters duffel bag will be at following collection venue within their operating hours.

14.The prize is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full. No transfer of prizes will be allowed.
15.The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts all conditions of use of the prize.
16.The original email confirmation must be presented upon reservation for verification; the Organiser and its vendors are not obliged to replace this prize letter if it has been lost, stolen, or whatever reason.
17.The prize(s) must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
18.If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Organiser, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
19.This promotion is only open to all living in Singapore.
20.The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of qualified entries. Failure or delay by the Organiser to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
21.Prize may not be redeemed by any person other than recipient indicated on the redemption letter unless with prior arrangement with the organiser. Any prize(s) won and not claimed by the stated date will be forfeited and returned to the organiser.
22.Neither the organiser nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of the customer’s acceptance or use of prize(s).
23.GrabCar Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to replace the terms and conditions of this program at its discretion and without any prior notice. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
