Terms and Conditions
1. Promotion period is from 22 October till while stock last.
2. Promotion is valid upon completion of the Grab Signatures ♡ Sanrio characters Challenge milestone (2x GrabFood order, min. spend $40 and/or GrabMart orders, min. spend $65 at eligible Grab Signatures stores on Grab) on the Grab app.
3. Minimum spend excludes delivery fees, platform fees, other miscellaneous fees, and/or discounts applied.
4. Upon completion of the Challenge milestone, winners will receive a reward pushed to their Grab account. Each reward will have a unique 10 characters code to be used at redemption website (https://grabsignatures.sg).
5. Each valid 10 characters code entitles the participant to 1 x Grab ♡ Sanrio characters Pickleball Set (1 x Paddle and 2 x Balls) which will be given out randomly (Hello Kitty, Cinnamoroll or Kuromi design) also known as the “prize”.
6. Challenge and redemption website might close prematurely once all prizes have been fully redeemed, while stock last.
7. Winners will be able to select the method of redemption of their prize (1) Collection at Letrain Redemption Centre or (2) Delivery at an additional cost of SGD5 borne by winners.
8. Letrain Redemption Centre will not be responsible for any missing parcel(s) if the delivery address provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
9. All submissions must be received before the closing date Monday, 17 Nov 2025 2359hrs or while redemption last. All entries regardless of date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.
10. Winners are deemed to only confirm the collection of the prize, upon keying in the unique 10 characters code from their reward pushed to their Grab account, onto the redemption website and receiving a confirmation email.
11. On-site redemption of Sanrio characters Pickleball Set will be at Letrain Redemption Centre at 2 Havelock Road, #03-03 Havelock 2, Singapore 059763.
12. Winners will be notified via email with the redemption details for self-collection of the prize.
13. Redemption Centre Operating Hours: Mon to Sat 11.30am to 7.30pm. Closed on Sun and Public Holidays.
14. The prize is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full. No transfer of prizes will be allowed.
15. The Organiser accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts all conditions of use of the prize.

17. The original email confirmation must be presented upon reservation for verification; the Organiser and its vendors are not obliged to replace this prize letter if it has been lost, stolen, or whatever reason.
18. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not exchangeable or redeemable for cash or other goods or services.
19. If the prize (or part of the prize) is unavailable, the Organiser, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.

21. The Organiser reserves the right to verify the validity of qualified entries. Failure or delay by the Organiser to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
22. Prize may not be redeemed by any person other than the prize winner unless with prior arrangement with the organiser. Any prize(s) won and not claimed by the stated date will be forfeited and returned to the organiser.
23. Neither the organiser nor its affiliates or subsidiaries will be responsible for any loss, liability or damage arising out of the customer’s acceptance or use of prize(s).
24. GrabCar Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to replace the terms and conditions of this program at its discretion and without any prior notice. Additional terms and conditions may apply.
