TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. This promotion is valid from 25 February to 27 March 2026, while stocks last, unless otherwise stated.
2. This promotion is valid for purchases made at participating retailers in Singapore, namely ACE Mart, AMR (S) Enterprise, Ang Mo Supermarket, Caltex, CK Department Store, Cheers Mama, E-Xin, Esso Cheers, FairPrice, Fortune Supermarket, Good Price, Hello Sunshine, New Econ, Nice Minimart, Prime Supermarket, Shell, Sheng Siong, Singapore Petroleum Company, Sinopec, U-Mart, U Stars Supermarket.
3. Purchases made online do not qualify for this Promotion.
4. To participate, shoppers must purchase participating F&N Ambient products from selected brands, including 100PLUS, F&N, Seasons, Ice Mountain Sparkling (excluding still drinking water), CocoLife, Fruit Tree, and Nutrisoy (Participating brands for Fruit Tree and Nutrisoy are applicable to UHT only).
5. Shoppers who purchase a minimum spend of $48 or $68 of participating F&N Ambient products in a single receipt may redeem:
- $48: IUIGA Non-Stick Frying Pan (24cm) OR
- $68: IUIGA Non-Stick Stew Pot with Lid (24cm)
6. Each receipt is eligible for one (1) redemption only. A maximum of three (3) redemptions per customer is allowed during the Promotion Period.
7. All redemptions are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Colours, designs, and availability of redemption items may vary.
8. To redeem, shoppers must submit a clear copy or photograph of the original hardcopy receipt, together with the required particulars, via the online form at https://www.fnnfoods.com/festive-2026/.
9. All submissions are subject to verification, which is conducted on a weekly basis. Incomplete, unclear, duplicate, or invalid submissions may be rejected at F&N Foods’ discretion.
10. Successful participants will receive a confirmation email upon verification, indicating the approved redemption method.
11. Self-collection redemptions:
- Self-collection of redemptions is available at selected IUIGA retail outlets, based on the respective outlet’s operating hours, during the collection period stated in the confirmation email.
- Participants must present the confirmation email and the original receipt at the point of collection.
- Redemptions not collected within the stated collection window will be forfeited.
12. Home delivery redemptions are applicable only for eligible purchases made from 25 February to 11 March 2026:
- Delivery will be made within fourteen (14) working days from verification.
- If no one is available at the delivery address, items may be left at a safe location at the discretion of the delivery personnel.
- F&N Foods will not be responsible for any loss or damage once delivery has been completed.
13. Redemption items are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash or other items.
14. F&N Foods may, at any time and without prior notice:
- Replace any redemption item with another item of similar value; and/or
- Amend, suspend, or terminate this Promotion or its mechanics.
15. F&N Foods’ decision on all matters relating to this Promotion, including eligibility, verification, and redemption, is final, and no correspondence will be entertained.
16. To the extent permitted by law, F&N Foods shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, injury, or claim arising from or in connection with this Promotion or the redemption items.
17. By participating in this Promotion, shoppers consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal data for purposes related to this Promotion, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act.
