The following terms and conditions shall apply to the F&N Magnolia Hello Kitty 7E Lucky Draw 2025” promotion (“the Promotion”).
The Promotion comprises of a Lucky Draw (“the mechanic”), where participants must min 2 x Magnolia Hello Kitty Ice Cream Cone and stand a chance to win Hello Kitty 8” Classic Plush worth $75.00. (“the Prize”), for a total of 10 winners.

- Participants below 18 years must seek parental consent before participation. F&N CREAMERIES (S) PTE LTD and Letrain Events And Marketing Pte Ltd shall assume that all entries received from participants below 18 years old are submitted with parental consent.
- Only receipts with valid product(s) purchase dated from 13 August to 23 September 2025 will be accepted.
- Each valid receipt entitles the participant to 1 entry to “F&N Magnolia Hello Kitty 7E Lucky Draw 2025” and 1 chance of winning in the lucky draw prize.
- All entries must be received before the closing date, 24 September, 2359hrs. All entries regardless of date of purchase submitted after closing will be deemed invalid and do not qualify for the promotion.
- The Draw will be conducted on Thursday 25 September 2025 2pm by Letrain Redemption Centre at 2 Havelock Road, #03-03 Havelock 2, Singapore 059763.
- Winners will be notified via email and will be presented with a redemption letter for self-collection of the prize.
- The receipt containing purchase of participating product(s) must be presented upon collection of the prize.
- Winning entry is subjected to validation of purchase with participating retailer(s).

- There will be a total of 10 winners in the Draw to win Hello Kitty 8” Classic Plush worth $75.00 each.
- The prize is strictly non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, in part or full. No transfer of prizes will be allowed.

- If a potential winner cannot be contacted within 3 days of first attempt, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
