TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. ELIGIBILITY
- This Promotion is open to all Singapore citizens, residents, work permit holders, valid Singapore pass holders and is valid in Singapore only.
- If you are below 18 years of age, you may participate in this Promotion only if the written consent of your parent or legal guardian is obtained and by participating in this Promotion such consent shall be deemed to have been obtained. The award of any rewards to you in this Promotion shall be subject to the production of the written consent to the Agency who reserves the right not to award any rewards furnished in this Promotion to you in the event such written consent is not produced.
- Persons ineligible and excluded from this Promotion are: (a) Employees of ColgatePalmolive (Eastern) Pte Ltd and their advertising, fulfilment and promotion agencies; (b) Affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) of each of (a); (c) Persons who are prohibited under the laws of their country of citizenship, residency or domicile to participate in any games of chance and/or skill, or this Promotion.
B. PROMOTION PERIOD
- The Promotion starts from 00:00 on 1 March and ends at 23:59 on 30 April 2026 (“Promotion Period’”).
- Last date of submission will be on 1 May 2026, 2359hrs.
C. HOW TO PARTICIPATE
- Purchase a minimum $48 worth of Colgate products in a single receipt from FairPrice outlets and get to receive $10 FairPrice e-vouchers via email.
- Redemption made in-store during the ongoing roadshows will not be accepted for redemption via the microsite.

- Submit your entry at the submission portal and fill up all the required fields. https://www.colgate-redemption.sg/worldoralhealth/fairprice
- For every entry, shoppers are allowed to submit only one (1) receipt with min $48 spend on Colgate-Palmolive participating products during the promotional period at FairPrice outlets. Receipts cannot be combined under any circumstances. Strictly limit of one (1) redemption per receipt.
- Redemption is NOT stackable with any instore or roadshow redemption.
- After completing the steps provided in paragraph C(4), the acknowledgement message will be sent to the participant via email. Qualified entry will receive the evoucher sent to the email address provided during the submission.
- Personal information (including images) collected or received from the Participants may be used by Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte Ltd, and/or their respective agents and agencies for the purposes of administering the Promotion, including conducting background check on the Participant’s identity and verifying their eligibility to participate and receive a reward. By participating in the Promotion, the Participant explicitly allows Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte Ltd and/or their respective agents and agencies to contact the Participant via the Participant’s particulars provided for such purpose. Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte Ltd and their respective agencies values all personal information received and shall not disclose or furnish the Participant’s personal information to any unrelated third parties (save for their respective agents and agencies for the purposes of the Promotion or where required by law).
- Each participation shall be subjected to verification by its representatives. In the event that details are invalid as determined by the agency’s sole discretion, the Participation will be disqualified.
- Participants are advised to snap a photo of the Proof of Purchase and keep the Proof of Purchase for record purposes.
- Multiple entries are permitted.
D. PREMIUMS / PRIZES
- The premium for FairPrice Campaign: 1 x $10 FairPrice e-vouchers
- FairPrice e-voucher terms and conditions apply.
- Premiums are available on a first comes first basis and are not transferable, exchangeable or converted to monetary value. The agency reserves the right not to award any premium or any alternative reward of equal or greater value, for any reason whatsoever, to any person who fails to meet any stipulated requirement in order to claim the Premium.
- The Agency reserves the right to substitute any winner subsequently found to be disqualified, for any reason whatsoever, with an alternative winner.
- The Agency reserves the right to substitute premium(s) / prize(s) of similar value, greater or lesser, when the initial item is not available. While stock last.
- Unclaimed premiums and prizes will be returned and Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte Ltd reserves the right to utilize them in future marketing activities.
- The Agency, Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte Ltd and its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies shall not be liable for warranties, maintenance, taxes or any additional costs of the Rewards. Rewards will be awarded and valid only in Singapore.
- Upon verification of redemption submission, all qualified entries will receive $10 FairPrice e-voucher sent to the email address provided within 5 working days from submission date.
E. VERIFICATION
- Participations submitted are subject to verification. Any Participation that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated, tampered with, not obtained legitimately, contains printing typographical, mechanical or other errors or the printing is unclear or does not contain information or proof of purchase required in the Participating Form is invalid.
- All Participation (including the Proofs of Purchase) submitted shall be classified as the property of the Agency and will not be returned.
- The Agency’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.
F. OTHER CONDITIONS:
- All promotional materials, including details on Participation and Rewards form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions with any advertising, promotional or publicity materials in relation to or in connection with the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
- The Agency and/or Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte Ltd, is not and shall not be held responsible for any delay, error or any other problems in the operation of the Promotion caused by or arising from breakdown, technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical problems and/or traffic congestion on the Internet and/or at any web site or the telecommunication service or a combination thereof, including injury or damage to any participants or to any other person’s computer or mobile phone related to and/or resulting from participating or downloading materials in or in connection with the Promotion.
- In no event will Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte Ltd and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, their respective advertising or promotion agencies or their respective officers, directors, employees, members, shareholders, attorneys, representatives and agents (collectively, “Affiliates”), be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of any the Participant’s acceptance of the Rewards or their entry into the Promotion. By entering into the Promotion, participants hereby release and agree to hold harmless the Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte Ltd and their Affiliates from and against any and all rights, demands, claims, causes of action, losses, damages, costs and expenses whatsoever that they may have, or which may arise, whether in whole or in part, and whether directly or indirectly.
- The Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte Ltd and their Affiliates make no warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the rewards. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing or anything in these Terms and Conditions, Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte Ltd and their Affiliates are not liable for any defect in the Rewards. For the avoidance of doubt, no provision in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed as limiting the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by such party’s negligence or any liability which cannot be excluded under the laws of Singapore.
- Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the Agency reserves the right to amend, add, replace, vary and/or modify these Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice. Participation into this Promotion confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
- A person who is not a party to any of the agreements governed by these Terms and Conditions shall have no rights under the Contracts (Right of Third Parties) Ac (Cap. 53B), or any amendment thereto, to enforce any term of such agreement.
- This Promotion and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdictions of the courts in Singapore.
- Further to the Privacy & Cookie Policy, and notwithstanding any existing registration with the DNC Registry, individual will receive information about the goods and services which may be provided by Colgate-Palmolive (Eastern) Pte Ltd and their partner outlets, including (but not limited to) offers, personalized updates, promotions, sales and marketing communications, and information about new goods and services, via newsletters, emails and/or text messages.
