1. Promotion period from 1 November to 31 December 2025
2. Spend min $20 on Calbee Products in a single receipt issued by participating retailers / wholesalers during the promotion period will be entitled to receive:
One serving of I Love Taimei’s Taiwan Popcorn Chicken worth $5.90.
3. Participating Products:
All Calbee products imported by Calbee Moh Seng Pte Ltd.
4. Participating Retailers:
All retailers / wholesalers with Calbee products imported by Calbee Moh Seng Pte Ltd.
5. Entries and receipt must be submitted to https://www.calbeemohseng-rewards.com/ilovetaimei latest by 1 January 2026, 2359hrs.
6. Receipt must be dated from 1 November to 31 December 2025.
7. First 1,000 qualified entries will receive I Love Taimei’s unique code via email latest by 5 January 2026 to redeem one serving of Taiwan Popcorn Chicken worth $5.90.
8. I Love Taimei’s unique code is valid for redemption at any I Love Taimei outlet till 31 January 2026.
9. Each unique code is single use, non-transferable and must be presented over the counter to redeem at the outlet.
10. I Love Taimei’s unique code cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or vouchers in the same transaction. I Love Taimei reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
11. Letrain Events and Marketing Pte Ltd (Letrain) and Calbee Moh Seng Pte Ltd (Calbee) will not be held responsible for any lost item / promo code if the email address is not accurately provided during the entry submission. Letrain and Calbee will also not be held responsible for any lost item / promo code due to lost in transit.
12. Redemption items are non-transferable, refundable or exchangeable for cash.
13. Participants below 18 years old must seek parental consent before participation. Calbee and Letrain shall assume that all entries received from participants below 18 years old are submitted with parental consent.
14. Calbee’s decision on all matters relating to the promotion shall be final and binding. Except for the notifications to the relevant winner(s), Calbee shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Redemption Promotion.
15. Calbee and Letrain reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel this promotion at any time without prior notice in the event that it becomes not capable of running as planned.
16. All redemption items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Calbee reserves the right to substitute reward(s) with others of similar value at its discretion or terminate this promotion without prior notice.
17. This promotion is open to everyone, including staffs and immediate family members of Calbee, its subsidiaries / partners and their advertising / promotion agencies.
18. Participation in this promotion indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Calbee is not liable for any loss or damage or tax liability a claimant may suffer or sustain as a result of the promotion or accepting the reward(s).
19. The value of the reward is accurate as at the date of printing. Calbee is not responsible for any variation to that price after this date.
20. Calbee and Letrain may collect each participant’s personal information for the purpose of administering the promotion, notifying and verifying successful participants. We may have to disclose your personal information to our trusted third parties to help Calbee and/or Letrain administer this promotion. If you do not provide us with the required information, Calbee and Letrain will not be able to notify you and verify your particulars in the event that you win any prizes and you will be disqualified from the promotion. By participating in this promotion, you are consenting to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information by Calbee and Letrain in the manner described here.
21. Release and Indemnity. To the extent permitted by applicable law, each participant, by entering this Promotion, expressly releases Calbee from any claim, action or demand arising out of or in connection with this Promotion or their prize, if any. Participants will indemnify Calbee, its agents, employees, representatives, associates, affiliates, parent and subsidiary companies against any and all claims, losses, costs, damages, liability and expenses arising out of the participant’s breach of any of these Terms.
22. Calbee will not accept any responsibilities for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of any kind whatsoever arising from or in connection with the use of the reward, or any transaction or dealing between Calbee and you in relation with the use of the reward(s).
