1. Danone Specialized Nutrition (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. (“Danone”) is organizing the following promotion APTAMIL X FAIRPRICE SPEND & STAND TO WIN 2025 with any purchase of Aptamil products (excluding infant formula 0-12 months) and stand a chance to win Nintendo Switch 2 worth $769 for 5 winners and $50 FairPrice Voucher for 25 winners! (“Promotion”)
2. By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below (“Terms and Conditions”).

6. Promotion period starts on 15 September to 31 October 2025 (“Promotion Period”). All purchases must be made during the Promotion Period.
7. This Promotion is open to anyone residing in Singapore except Danone’s employees and their immediate families. No traders allowed.
8. How to participate:
I. Buy any Aptamil participating products in a single receipt from FairPrice.
II. Upload receipt at https://www.danone-redemption.com/aptamil-2025
III. Winners will be notified via email to redeem their prizes.
9. Uploaded receipt must be in full image that clearly show retailer’s name, purchase date, receipt number, purchase products and amount spent. Incomplete, unclear or blur images of receipts and invalid submissions will not be entertained.
10. All entries must be submitted online latest by 31 October 2025, 2359hrs.
11. Draw will be conducted on 7 November 2025 at 2pm by Letrain Events and Marketing Pte Ltd at the following venue:
Letrain Redemption Centre: 2 Havelock Road, #03-03 Havelock2, Singapore 059763.
12. It is the responsibility of the participants to ensure the Terms and Conditions in paragraphs 1 to 10 are met in order to qualify for the Promotion. No calls will be made by Danone or its agencies to inform the participants of any disqualification.

14. All Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash or any other item.
15. Danone reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions without prior notice.
16. The Terms and Conditions of Prizes’ warranty shall be limited as contained in this document and to the maximum extent permitted by laws, no other representations, terms, conditions or provisions either written or otherwise shall be accepted as adding to or subtracting from these terms or conditions. Danone shall in no way and under no circumstances be responsible and liable for any and all warranty as it relates to the prizes.
17. Danone shall reserve the right to channel the Prizes to another Danone promotion for any unclaimed prizes.
18. Danone reserves the rights to substitute the Prizes with other items of similar value at its discretion, vary the terms of this Promotion or terminate this Promotion with notice via any viable method. You shall not make any claim or compensation from Danone Specialized Nutrition for any losses which may be incurred. Danone is not responsible
for any and all representations and warranties including but not limited to quality assurance, trade or eligibility of the Prizes.
19. Each participant shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of injury, accidents or claims resulting from their participation in the event and the use of the prizes. All expenses incurred to participate in this event are the sole responsibility of the participant.
20. Danone, all its Promotion partners and other parties involved in the Promotion, including their directors, officers, and agents are not liable in any way for the following: (a)
intervention by unauthorized parties during the Promotion; (b) any human errors and electronic/technical failure in the administration of the Promotion and processing/
reviewing of purchase; (c) any entry that is lost, damaged, wrongly delivered or not received; (d) termination of the Promotion due to instructions, directions and/or orders from applicable regulatory authorities, and (e) any liability (including death) whether directly or indirectly caused by their participation in the Promotion and use of the Prizes.
21. Each participant agrees to hold harmless, defend and fully indemnify Danone (including its affiliates and subsidiaries) from and against all losses, damages, expenses and all third-party actions, proceedings, claims, demands, costs and awards arising from the participants’ participation in the Event.
22. Danone is not responsible for any error, omission, delay, communication failure and/or any malfunctions whatsoever in the relation to computer systems, telephone lines,
servers, online providers, service providers, the internet and/or the relevant website in the administration of the Promotion.
23. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the participant agrees to release all liability and waive all right against Danone and its officers, employees, representatives and designated agents (including suppliers or any third party) in respect of all claims, prosecution, judgment, loss or damage arising from the use of the Premium and/or from the participation in this Promotion.
