TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions shall apply to the “100PLUS HYDRATE & WIN 2025 Lucky Draw” promotion (“the Promotion”).
The Promotion comprises of a Lucky Draw (“the mechanic”), where participants must purchase any 100PLUS products to stand a chance to win attractive prizes (“the Prize”).
Please read the terms carefully if you are interested in participating.
- ELIGIBILITY
1.1 The Promotion is open to all residing in Singapore
1.2 Employees (and their immediate families) of F&N Foods Pte Ltd (“the Company”), their advertising and design agencies, distributors and promotional partners are not eligible to participate in this Promotion.
- DETAILS OF THE PROMOTION:
2.1 The qualifying period of the Promotion is 16 April to 30 June 2025.
2.2 In order to qualify, the participants need to purchase any 100PLUS product(s) from participating outlets within qualifying period. More chances are allocated according to the below schedule as the purchase amount increases.

2.2 For full list of participating outlets please see Appendix A.
2.3 Participating product(s) refers to any 100PLUS product(s) which are imported and distributed by F&N Foods Singapore only, selling in participating outlets.
2.4 Original receipt of the purchase must be retained for proof, with a copy uploaded via lucky draw entry form online.
2.5 For the Lucky Draw prize pool, participants can submit unlimited entries to enter the promotion but limited to 1 prize per participant.
2.6 For duplicated entries, only the first entry will qualify while the subsequent entries will be deemed invalid.
Ways to Participate in the Promotion
Purchase any 100PLUS product(s) from participating outlets and send a copy or photo of the proof of purchase with your particulars via entry form online at 100pluslivehydrated.fnlife.com
All entries must be submitted by 3 July 2025 at 2359hrs.
Draw will be conducted on 8 July 2025 at 2pm at the following venue.

- ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING THE ENTIRE PROMOTION
3.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse redemption for any ineligible, excluded or disqualified receipts.
3.2 Personal data of Participants will be collected as the company deems fit. The company shall
reserve right to utilize the names and particulars of the participants for its own internal usage.
3.3 The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the redemption process shall be final and
binding. The Company shall not be obliged to enter into any correspondence concerning the Promotion.
3.4 The Company reserves the right to disclose, publish and/or use the name and any other particulars of the Participants (including any still photography or videography or recordings in other media/formats of the Winner’s appearance, likeness, poses, voice or statements) for promotional, publicity and other purposes in connection with the Promotion as the Company deems fit. Each Participant irrevocably and unconditionally consents to such disclosure, publication and/or usage, and agrees to co-operate with the Company and participate in the activities organized by the Company for aforesaid purposes.
3.5 The Company reserves the right to withdraw, discontinue or terminate the Promotion at any time at its absolute discretion, without notice or liability to any person.
3.6 The Company, its related corporations and/or employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, any illegible entry forms, error in computing, any computer system or equipment breakdown, electronic malfunction or any notice which is misdirected or lost in the post.
3.7 The use of any software or any other mechanical or electronic means that enable entries to be submitted automatically repeatedly is prohibited and will render all entries submitted invalid. The Company reserves the right to take action as may be available under the law.
3.8 The Company reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to exclude/disqualify any person from participating in the Lucky Draw Promotion without any obligation to furnish any notice and/or reason.
3.9 The Company reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as it deems fit.

Instant Win:
For every lucky draw submission online above, each participant gets to reveal a mystery hydration card online for a chance to win instant prize at a random allocation basis.
4.2 All redeemed Prizes are non-transferable, not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item
and shall be subject to such terms and conditions which the Company and/or the relevant vendor, merchant or supplier of the goods or services may at its/their sole and absolute discretion impose. The Winner agrees to abide by those terms and conditions.
4.3 The Company may, in its sole and absolute discretion, vary, modify, exchange or substitute any Prize or any term or particulars of any Prize (including brand, type, model, flights, accommodation and duration) without liability to furnish any reason and/or notice to any person.
4.4 The Company and/or the relevant vendor, merchant or supplier of the goods or services shall determine the color, style, any fittings, fixtures, packaging, accessories and/or form of the Prizes, as appropriate. The Winner shall accept the Prize “as is” and the Company shall be under no obligation to entertain any request by the Winner to change any aspect of the Prize. The Company makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to the quality or fitness for purpose or any other implied terms and conditions with respect to the Prize awarded in the Promotion, and the Company shall not be held liable for any loss, cost or damage to any person resulting or arising from any Lucky Draw Prize or the use of it.
4.5 In the case of the travel prize, below terms and conditions apply in addition to other terms and conditions mentioned for other prizes.

b. The prize is redeemable only from Sotravel Travel Pte Ltd. Redemption is subject to availability and other tour terms and conditions. The winner is required to top up any price or fare difference at the time of reservation.
c. Valid for travel before 30 June 2026. Booking must be made at least three (3) months prior to departure, strictly no extension upon expiry. Surcharges may be imposed should winners wish to travel beyond the stipulated dates.
d. Any and all other applicable airport tax differences, fuel surcharges, insurance fee, visa handling fee, peak season surcharges, tipping for guide and driver, additional costs and expenses arising from and / or incurred on the trip shall be borne solely by the winner.
e. In the event that the tour package or any of the tour components is unavailable at the time of booking, it will be replaced with alternatives of similar value. Alternative tour may be proposed by winner at winner’s own cost.
f. The Company accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize. It is a condition of accepting a prize that the winner accepts all conditions of use of the prize.
g. The original prize letter must be presented upon reservation for verification; Sotravel Travel Pte Ltd. and the Company are not obliged to replace this prize letter if it has been lost, stolen, or whatever reason.
h. Availability, price and tour itinerary are subjected to seasonal update without prior notice. Sotravel Travel Pte Ltd. reserves the right to change the package details.
i. The recipient agrees not to hold Sotravel Travel Pte Ltd and the Company liable for any claim arising from the prize and to abide by the rules and regulations of the airline and hotels.
j. The prize(s) must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
4.6 Receipt of the proof of purchase will need to be presented when claiming the prize.
4.7 Any prize(s) not claimed within the said period shall be forfeited without any liability on the part of the Company. Any Prize Winner whose Prize has been forfeited hereunder shall not be entitled to any payment or compensation. The Organiser reserves the rights to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.

- AMENDMENTS
The Company reserves the right to vary, delete or add to these terms and conditions at any time in its absolute discretion without notice or liability to the participants of the Promotion or

- DECISION OF COMPANY IS FINAL
The Company’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion or the interpretation or implementation of these terms and conditions and the selection of Winners shall be final and
binding on all participants. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms and conditions and any brochure, marketing or promotional material relating to the promotion, these terms and conditions shall prevail.
- THIRD PARTY RIGHTS
A person who is not a Participant or a party to the Promotion has no right to enforce any provision of these terms and conditions.
- GOVERNING LAW
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore.
